Multilayer PE products
At IFS we have the most advanced technology in the manufacture of multilayer balloon films. These films are obtained through the blowing process in which, our high technology 9-layer machine allows us to combine other polymers such as EVOH, to provide high barrier properties, in quantities of less than 5% which allows us the total recyclability of the film. Also co-extrusions with PA and PP.
The result is a high barrier film highly resistant against oxygen and moisture, perfect for packaging liquids, semi-liquids and solids for food and non-food applications, with high performance.

9L
Description
9L is a high performance multilayer film, specially designed for lamination with BOPP, BOPET and BOPE. It has high tear and puncture resistance, excellent weldability and hot-tack.
This film is available in non-barrier, high barrier, with different EVOH grades and layer sizes down to 1.5 microns, which translates into 2x less thickness.
- It is manufactured in various thicknesses starting at 20 µm.

9BAG
Description
9BAG is a multilayer film specially designed for bread bags. It has excellent slip coefficients and high seal strength, as well as good printability properties.

9SKIN
Description
9SKIN is a second skin effect multilayer film, highly adaptable, with high sealing strength, high tear and puncture resistance, with barrier and ultra barrier properties.
It is manufactured in different thicknesses and, due to its manufacturing characteristics, a homogeneous level is achieved throughout its surface.
- Thicknesses up to 200 µm.

Description
9BIB o Film “Bag-in-box”, está especialmente diseñado para la laminación de films para el packaging de líquidos. Este producto posee alta barrera y resistencia al punzonado y rasgado. Se fabrica en distintos espesores y pueden ser complejados a otras láminas como el Polietileno, con una amplia ventana de soldadura.
