ANAIP (Asociación Española de Industrias Plásticas) ha creado una nueva sección en su web denominada “Historias de los plásticos“.
ANAIP, founded in 1957is the Association that represents and groups the Spanish plastics transformation industry. It is the entity recognized as the interlocutor of the sector by the public administrations and other national, European and international organizations. It is the representative of the industry with voice and influence in the forums of interest. ANAIP promotes the development of the plastics industry by fostering Quality and Innovation.
En su blog “El blog de los plásticos” han creado una excelente iniciativa para dar a conocer las acciones solidarias llevadas a cabo por los transformadores plásticos, en la lucha contra el coronavirus desde el inicio de la pandemia.
“Historias de los plásticos” es un espacio pensado para dar a conocer iniciativas de los asociados a ANAIP y mostrar que la de los plásticos es una industria comprometida, ágil y solidaria, capaz de poner su innovación y su conocimiento al servicio de las necesidades de la sociedad.
During the beginning of the pandemic, Innovative Film Solutions decided to carry out a solidarity initiative to help the people working on the front line against the disease to protect the rest of the citizens.
We dedicated part of our production to manufacture protective gowns with BOPE film (100% recyclable material). All the material manufactured was donated to hospitals, health centers, law enforcement agencies and the most vulnerable personnel exposed to covid-19.
In addition, we decided to expand our scope of action by offering our customers free of charge the shipment of protective gowns so that they could donate them to those entities that need them in their community and closest environment.
In total, we have donated more than 4,500 protective gowns to more than 60 different institutions. IFS employees are proud to have been part of this initiative and to belong to a company committed to the society we are part of and to the environment, as IFS values are based on the pillars of reduce, reuse and recycle.
